How it works

The Coolant Saver connects to your existing coolant pump pressure and uses a venturi effect to create suction at the vacuum cup in the swarf bin. No electrical connection required, it runs entirely from your existing coolant pump.

Coolant waste disposal is regulated under EPA hazardous waste guidelines depending on volume and chemistry. Reducing disposal volumes through coolant recovery directly reduces regulatory exposure and disposal contractor costs.
